Buttercup Poultry Limited - Full Abstraction

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Buttercup Poultry Limited for a full licence to abstract water from Underground Strata at National Grid References SO 13732 72634, SO 12718 72224, and SO 12776 72312 at Ddole Farm, Llanbister, Llandrindod Wells. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for use in agriculture and domestic supply: 6.82 cubic meters an hour 114.85 cubic metres a day and 40,033.9 cubic metres a year, all year.
